More kids are from Longfellow or Cooper than one of the poor schools.[/quote] It is very hard to get in from these top feeders - Longfellow, Cooper, Carson, Rocky Run because it is heavily competitive. You literally need GPA 4 to get in from those schools. Kids from other schools have gotten in even with B grades. It is true these top feeders get more than 1.5% and instead around 5% but still not every kid with GPA 4 there gets into TJ. Other schools have to thank TJ for the genius process change where they are not giving admission to really smart kids from top feeders and instead giving to average kids in other schools who happen to be in top 1.5%. Really sucks.[/quote]
