Some days I go in earlier and stay later and have very long days (7am-8pm or so). Maybe once per month.

Virtually every day and weekends I am checking email, answering emails, working as inspired (ideas come at the strangest times), and some degree of "on." But no complaints, because I am very flexible most of the time and can always find time to exercise and grocery shop during the day each week. [/quote]
