Some other areas to consider in a similar price range and closeby - areas that zone to Oak Hill ES, Lees Corner ES and Navy ES. Many of these communities have a good neighborhood feel and neighborhood pools. Franklin Farm has 2 or 3(?) that you have access to as part of your HOA.[/quote]
