So I kind of feel bad for him should he care about his legacy. His establishment pick lost and the Trump QAnon crazy candidate won. And he has ZERO chance in the 2024 GOP primary. Zero chance. (I'm writing this because I just read the WaPo power rankings for the Republican Party post-Trump). He has no political future, despite being a common-sense, get-stuff-done, social moderate and pro-business Republican who can win in blue states. I think he'd make a fine president, who I probably wouldn't vote for because of my more left-leaning economic views, but he'd be competent and less embarrassing on the international stage. Yes, the bar is so low I would be happy with a President who is not an international embarrassment.

So what is Hogan's future? Go back to real estate? Become a talking head on MSNBC or CNN? Again, I'm a Democrat, but America would be so much better if there were more Larry Hogans in national politics.
