[/quote] I've lived in the city over 30 years and it was worse 30 years ago. By all accounts the 80's were even worse, and the 70's worse than that. The 60's? Forget about it, they burned the city down. The 50's were pure chaos. During WWII it was anything goes. The Great Depression and the Bonus Army March? Nothing was safe. [/quote]
