[/quote] This is exactly it for me. OP, I admire your goal, but I would also say that you don't have to force yourself to do this. Some people just don't like running. For me, it's a source of joy. It IS hard on the body, so I only encourage people to get into it if they really want to. You can always dabble. Start working some running intervals into your walks. Make sure you have really good shoes. And know that it will feel better in fall than it does right now! [/quote]
