(My plan was to hydrate and go protein-heavy, but now I’m intrigued) [/quote] My fasting hours (and BTW, I only do this when I want to detox/resume healthy habits/self-care) are 14 hours give or take. No eating late at night. Yesterday, in lieu of breakfast, I had two cups of coffee with oat milk and then lunch at 1:30 pm. Yes, the BRAT diet is something I follow when I want to eat lightly and/or have a big event/travel/anything that could give me anticipatory anxiety. Gentle, light foods - nothing spicy or heavily fibrous.[/quote]
