I’m also the parent of a rising SFS 6th grader. Talk to parents in our grade. Many of us have older kids who have been through the MS and US. Don’t you want input from actual SFS parents instead of random anonymous posters on this board? It’s a wonderful community — I urge you to take advantage of it. And FWIW, based on our older child’s experience, 6th grade does ramp up but is completely manageable. Expectations are higher but age-appropriate. We don’t have personal experience with the US.
