Of course, there's no guarantee the policies at my current job won't change, but they ARE written policies and formal agreements.

Is it shortsighted and lazy to just stay in my current job because I like my work arrangements? The new job might lead to more future options, in that I can't get the breadth of experience where i am now, but isn't a clear pathway to leadership or promotion in itself. [/quote]
