All they do is run people through house afte rhouse trying to get buyers to move up or sellers to bring their price down to move it quickly so they can say we sell most of our houses in xyz days. We decided not to use her and used an agent that was a lot more relaxed. We were told by Jane that our house would sit by using that agent and our hosue had multiple offers the Monday after it went on the market and went for more than she thought. That agent is only working hard at trying to move people along and not build relationships. [/quote]
