wow ... oversimplify to the point of absurdity much?  :shock:  :roll:

You don't know, clearly, that the Ryan plan would call for an even BIGGER "penalty" for the uninsured than the Affordable Health Care Act, because it has a $2,300 tax subsidy for those with insurance --- meaning that those who don't have health insurance pay nearly 4 times the "penalty" than they do under the Aff. Hlth Care Act.
