I’ve read it both ways, that filler dissolves fully and that it doesn’t ever fully break down, it just migrates, which is what creates some of the odd phenomenon. I used to think it could be done to look naturally. I do not think that anymore. There are way too many faces even on young people that begin to look gross and distorted. One mom at my kid’s school went for it and while I think it was meant to be modest, she does not look herself and she looks awful. [/quote]
