If contractors are charging $70K for that type of work, I don't believe you. But I can believe that some close-in luxury contractors might not accept such a humble project, or they'd mark it up just because they're looking for bigger things. [/quote] NP - agree with the first poster - you should do your research. we did ours 8 years ago and were floored at the cost compared to a deck we did, but zoning requirements are stricter. Once you add a roof, it’s a different anima, regardless of drywall/insulation etc. It’s basically the same as if you put up a 3season room.[/quote]
