My issue with the above quote from Indeed: GPAs are not standardized and the quoted range is ridiculously limited, as though the only colleges in the US are elite ones. Absurd.

OP, plenty of schools will be happy to take a 3.5. The more rigor in your schedule, and the higher your test scores, the better your chances of admission at higher levels of selectivity. Not top 20 schools, but there are plenty of others. It depends on what you are looking for.[/quote]
