There is no way to know what they are selling you is consistently what it should be and not cheaper sub ingredients or fillers. This is your face. Getting an actual script for tretinoin and having it come from a verified pharmacy in US isn’t expensive. I use an online derm and don’t go through insurance and I pay $75 for a 6 month supply.
