Which is funny because nearly every CP parent I know really likes the school and is happy with it.  Great Schools is basically all test scores and FARMS rates, which doesn't really talk about school quality.  Some of the highly rated schools are highly rated because they have school populations that don't really require much care and feeding from the school.

My kids went to Louise Archer - great for one, terrible for the other. (If your child is not AAP or has any sort of additional learning/accommodation need, I do not recommend going there.)  One of the younger one's best friends went to CP for K-3 and then they moved to the LAES district.  They liked LAES just fine, but they felt the school community was warmer and more welcoming at CP.[/quote]
