Some parent was complaining because they aren't teaching new concepts the last two weeks of school after SOLs and my response was the same as OP's point -- my kids and I are so done. I'm glad they are done teaching. OP, I am so done that I am not sending my DD to her last week at her private school. They aren't teaching anything new, she hasn't been happy there since February, and my DS is done on Friday. So we just told the school that Friday is DD's last day.[/quote]
