[/quote] Tomatoes and cucumber are no nos for some low FODMAP people. They may be something to avoid unless you know they don't bother you. The rice, chicken, and greens are good. My daughter also loves the braised lamb. For toppings, she is able to tolerate the crumbled Feta, the Kalamata olives, the pita crips, and the avocado (slices or chunks if they are served that way). She uses her own oil and vinegar to dress the dish.[/quote]
