Try IRC or others, they might help if there are willing sponsors more so than if there are none. Healthcare should be covered by the medical or some other means for the refugees, I don't think sponsors are on the hook to pay personal insurance, but this applies only to legally processed refugees that might have to come through official organizations. I don't know if all churches qualify as such organizations. [/quote]
