Yes, we did had it on our 10 year old dog. Dr. Weight in Annapolis is amazing. The first month is rough after surgery but he did really well. It is totally worth it.
Ugh - grammar. We had it done is what I meant.
How long ago and were they honest about outcomes?
How long ago did my dog have the surgery? Maybe 5 years. The dog only lived 3-4 more years and yes, they were very honest. Much like humans, nothing is guaranteed but my dog's case was very clear. We acquired him at 10, he had heavy cataracts when we adopted him and no other issues. My dog had never seen us as he had the cataracts when we adopted him - his eyes were totally white. I have the sweetest video of him coming in the room after the surgery and running towards me with clear eyes. There is no question the results were amazing.
