Background - after TTC for 9 months, I had a laparscopy to formally diagnosis endometriosis and help ease the pain associated with the endo and discovered that both tubes were blocked.  My doctor was able to unblock one, but would like us to go straight to IVF to avoid the open tube being blocked again by new endo growth.  We are young, healthy, and all tests show positive results.  I ovulate each cycle and have very regular cycles.  We will be paying for IVF out of pocket.  As I am sure is the case for everyone, my priorities are that our treatment be successful as soon as possible and cost as little as possible.  Because of my age and regular cycles, I am interested in natural cycle IVF, but am not wedded to that protocol.  My ob/gyn seems very confident that we will have success with IVF, but I am obviously terrified and have no idea where to start.  Any advice, opinions, or recommendations you can give would be very much appreciated.  Thank you so much!

(I am sure there are older threads on this topic, but I could not find any threads that were more than a comparison of two clinics or reviews of individual clinics.  If you know of threads that would be helpful for me to read, I would appreciate your posting them here.  Thanks!)[/quote]
