I too have adapted to things like peelers and scissors and I also usually get symmetrical flippers. However, I saw these and they are perfectly angled to get more out of a jar, if you use they with a right hand, but I usually use my left for that kind of stuff. The symmetrical mini spatulas I have seen are less pliable and more clunky. [/quote]
