The Redfin estimate should be ignored here as it heavily considers list price. [/quote] It looks like a much newer and much bigger house sold last week for 1.6 just a couple blocks away on a quieter street. Either it was a REALLY nice flip (I didn’t see the inside pictures) or something weird happened. [/quote]
