They listed it just over 1m and Redfin currently estimates it’s worth about 1.2m. Considering the size and location, maybe the numbers were inverted and it actually sold for 1.27 rather than 1.72. I’ve seen that happen before. That’s still a ton of money for kind of an unimpressive house. Or maybe it did go for 1.7, in which case, bananas. [/quote]
