Mental breakdown happens from watching news about violent events, over and over again. My mom watches all twits, YouTube videos and I cannot get her off screen. She has very high anxiety, thinks that some is going to break into her apartment in Russia and write letter Z on the door, scared to check with neighbors because everyone knows she lives in the US.

Would you be stressed if your family's house was bombed, or your close friends' children killed, someone had moved into your vacation rental and told its because you are nazi supporting US? Most people would...[/quote]
