The dentist who I can't say enough good things about works with me.  He helped me start going regularly and I am on the right track.  I am treating 1 tooth at a time according to what I can afford, the worst ones first and going from there. Also I get cleanings now every 3 months to deal with my terrible gums and they are actually improving!
