There are also lots of other scenarios to consider. It is inconvenient for the school, but would you be so pissed off if she was hit by a bus? Sh!t happens. It is fine to be less than thrilled that other teachers have to pinch hit and, as usual, kids are the ones getting the shaft, but unless you really, REALLY know that this person just flaked out, maybe give a little grace.[/quote]
