This is the generation that will rely on 401Ks, and most reports say people haven't saved nearly enough in them. If you get a match, take it. But the disadvantage to them is you have to rely on a board who picks the funds you are allowed to choose from. And they often suck. Try to save in a diversified manner. 401k. Real estate. Bonds. Etc. there is no perfect way to do it, IMO. Just make sure you save.[/quote]
