The US is the top producer of oil in the world. We do not need to import any oil. We do not rely on Russia for oil. We are also the top producer of corn (by far). Together with Canada we produce as much wheat as Russia. But what is most important is what others have said . . . we have RULE OF LAW and NO DICTATOR. We are stable. Nobody wants to use yuan or rubles!

China will not be supporting Russia. Russia is a failed and bankrupted country and China needs the US as a trading partner.[/quote]
