Attic space is large and could totally be made into livable space.Owners use it for storage but I went up and it could be absolutely renovated and used for another bedroom, big primary suite, office, guest quarters, etc. I swoon at the thought of my kids being able to roll out of bed 10 minutes before school starts and run right on over. I’m willing to pay extra to avoid carpool.[/quote]
