The lawsuit is BS. Haircare products (and others) change "filler" ingredients all the time when a vendor fails them, or prices increase tremendously, or any number of reasons. Additionally, the owner had sold the company, and changed her mind/wanted back in the business. She is now making "Curly World" products, which are even more expensive than Deva Curl products! Class action lawsuits where most get a few $$ ($20 here) mostly just make the lawyers rich. The insurance company settled because it was cheaper to do so.[/quote]
