SGFC is successful in part because they are large. They have a successful lab because it's also large enough to have perfected the process as much as that is possible. There's no such thing as a single RE practice with his or her own embryology lab in the back office. The size is actually linked to their success rates. That said though they have a lot of REs and a lot of offices, so if you didn't like one, go see another. I went to the Rockville office and had a very positive experience. I did some monitoring in the DC office because it was convenient to my work but did like the Rockville staff better (that was where my RE was based and where my transfers happened).
