Bath every night for while. Epsom salt a plus. Mild soap like Dove for 1st night to clean out. Air out no bottoms when sleeping for few days. I'd take her to pedi too for urine culture. Just pee in doctor cup.
The buy at home strips are pretty much the same, the problem is catching the pee midstream. My DD had a UTI, I noticed blood in her pee. Got her an antibiotic and it went away. I had to teach her better wiping habits. A bath with 1/4 cup white vinegar (google the amount, it's been a while) for a few nights. We also do a daily multivitamin with a probiotic to help keep her regular poops. No issues anymore.
