Students can ask a teacher to submit, but usually it's the other way around.[/quote] Yes. 100% agree. Some schools have staff passionate about arts and others with other areas of interest. However, the deadlines are publicly advertised and kids need to create agency for themselves to apply and get it done regardless if a teacher shares this info or not. Teachers share this info across the county and students should enter, if interested. [/quote]
