Technically, this doesn't qualify a kid for Algebra in 6th. It instead qualifies them to join the 6th grade AAP math class while still in 5th grade. They still need to meet the IAAT and 7th grade SOL benchmarks to proceed to Algebra I in 6th. [/quote]
