[/quote] +1 The dry heat and high temperatures in the oven eventually take a toll on your Le Creuset. They just came out with a bread specific model but it’s very expensive. I use a Lodge for all of my sourdough baking. I am a long time baker, even before the craze and I have used this since day one you will not be disappointed . It’s also cheap.
