Schools cannot fix the ills of society. Nowhere else in the world are schools expected to provide all of this to students. Some nations provide free meals, sure and some provide an outside safety perimeter in locations with increased terrorism risk. But none provide weapons security + free social services + mental health support + whatever else OP demands. Schools do not have that capacity, unless you want to pour billions more into education, hire a plethora of varied career professionals, not just educators, and transform each school into a fortress. Until the USA legislates and enforces a weapons ban (with hunting exceptions), it can expect school shootings to continue.
What exactly does this have to do with BB guns. Do you want to ban BB guns also?
You are stupid. America has a gun culture. If you ban real weapons, and you make a huge effort to target illegally acquired weapons, and you gradually squash this idea that everything can be resolved with guns, then there won't be that many kids coming to school with them, even BB guns. Nothing can be solved if you don't address the elephant in the room. The Constitution does not explicitly command that citizens walk about with guns anywhere and everywhere.
