Is this from Indian-ish?[/quote] Yes, I’m Indian, and no, it’s not from the book Indian-ish, though it might fit in! I stumbled on it when I had a few scraps of puff pastry left over from something that needed trimming. I had green chutney and cheddar on hand, et voilà! I decided to add some onion the next time I made them with a full sheet of puff pastry. All the aunties I know here have some similar “Indian-ish” party recipe - I’m glad the author thought of writing a cookbook around it.[/quote]
