No one.[/quote] DC renewed it's 5-year PARCC contract in 2019. Probably 2 more PARCCs after this spring, which sucks. There's no pressure for change. Parents aren't organized to opt out as in many states, OSSE, the Mayor and other city politicians could care less than the PARCC isn't a quality test.[/quote]
