I'm religious (not that it matters) but there are multiple things wrong with this. First, a boss leading the others is a real problem--what if you're not religious? What if you want to opt out? You don't think it will affect you in any way? In any case, appearances matter. Leading prayer during business hours, in the office will definitely look like an endorsement of some kind for those who participate.
