The driver has to paid for that and it most likely eats in to their profit or lack of profit.[/quote]It gets billed direct to the customer. I live in Ashburn and most drivers here have it. They have to ask that you will agree to the toll charges and if you do, it just applies to your account.[/quote]
Unless that has changed, Uber doesn't pay drivers for tolls incurred on I66 because of the fluctuation of prices. [/quote]
