Do you want to check out big cities and museums, then sure, Europe is a better bet and use of your money. Do you love beautiful sunsets, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, swimming near waterfalls, near perfect weather every day, then Hawaii may be worth it but you could also get most of this at other places as well.
