So it seems the main cake needs to be GF. I do like the idea of doing a smaller cake GF and another maybe not, but not sure that they will agree to that. Whole menu is GF--which is usually more palatable. People that have been GF for a long time really can no longer judge too well how bad most GF desserts are, IMO. You get used to it. Rather like when long term vegetarians start talking about how faux meat tastes just like the real thing. :lol: [/quote]
