[/quote] I agree about common decency, but that's not generally within the purview of a judge. But it seems to me to be less of a stretch to say that for a state to schedule a game that might involve an Orthodox Jewish school on a Saturday is more of a violation of the First Amendment than the Obama BC plan. In that case it was only supplying the money for someone else's BC, in this case, it would actually force individual students to do something that is forbidden to them. That's a state interfering with the free exercise of religion, no?[/quote]
