Here is the text of the order seems pretty clear that FCPS can no longer use the new admissions system. What that means on the ground is anyones guess.  Also unclear 1) if they will appeal and 2) if they do appeal if the 4th circuit would issue a temporary stay over the district courts order.

"ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED, Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED, and Defendant Fairfax County School Board is enjoined from further use or enforcement of the Fall 2020 Admissions Plan for the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology".

FCPS is looking into it according to the Washington Post article:

“ An attorney for Fairfax County Public Schools, John Foster, said Friday that he believes “the ruling is not supported by law.” He said Fairfax “will consider asking a federal appeals court to review the decision.”
Foster said officials were studying what the ruling will mean for how the school conducts admissions for the next cycle of TJ applicants, those destined for the Class of 2026.”
