[/quote] OT but there are Sheeps milk cheese and yoghurt and also goats milk cheese (probably also yoghurt) so totally possible to feed those things without relying on cows milk. My baby’s first yougurt was sheeps milk but and I love sheeps milk ricotta. That being said cows milk is fine too just not a necessary ingredient in yoghurt or cheese. [/quote]
