I'd be so annoyed.[/quote] DC daycares have to follow the OSSE guidelines, so if OSSE changes their policies, the daycares will likely follow suit, but their hands are sort of tied without this, i believe their accreditations could be in jeopardy if they did not. I have decided to hold out hope they will change their policy soon, since I have gotten very used to disappointment anyway.. haha[/quote]
