One of our schools leases space in a church and is required to abide by their contractual obligation to follow the church’s mask requirement. What authority does the Governor have to interfere in a private contract between a church and school? It’s an illegal government overreach to try to prohibit private schools from mandating masks. What is the Governor going to be able do to private schools that violate his “order?”[/quote]
