Massage therapist are legally not allowed to put pressure on pregnant clients. [/quote] Deep tissue massage on your lower leg is contraindicated, but they can put an elbow into your glutes and work IT band super intensely as needed. Speak up if you’re not getting the massage you want. It’s absolutely not illegal to apply pressure- but you need yo work with someone that knows how to do it safely. Ask questions when booking.
