He’s one of those creepy real life baby dolls!! I spent 5 hrs of my life being social with a woman who has a nursery for a doll. A Doll!

I thought very seriously about doing this before I had kids, when three companies in a row that I worked for babied and coddled the parent employees and gave them absurdly endless flexibility, while the rest of us were expected to pick up their slack for $0 extra and work all the crap shifts and holidays.
